3/6 - Spirit Friday (wear navy or Spirit Shirt)
3/10 - 3/12 - Conference Days, Minimum Days

Parent - Teacher Conferences - Sign Ups Available Now!
You are invited to sign-up for your child’s conference which will be held in the afternoons 3/10 - 3/12 You will have online access to schedule conferences from 2/23 - 3/5.
How to schedule your child(ren)’s conference:
1. Go to this link:
2. “Maria Montessori Charter Academy” and press “Go”
3. There will be a prompt for a school password; the password is: mmca
4. The next screen will ask you to “enter the student’s ID” - we do NOT use student ID’s. Instead, press the “LOOKUP STUDENT ID” button.
5. After pressing the “LOOKUP STUDENT ID” button, you will be prompted to enter your child’s first name, last name, and birthdate and then press “LOOKUP.”
6. After your child has been identified, the program will ask you to do two things:
Select the classroom you want to schedule the conference for (note: ALL of our classrooms are listed by color names, not teacher names); and
If you have multiple children that you want to schedule a conference for, it will give you the opportunity to look up the next child (this will give you the opportunity to see multiple classroom conference schedules listed next to each other, making it convenient for your scheduling).
7. The program will take you through a couple of self-explanatory calendar screens, and your conference will be scheduled. The program will send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, your conference(s) have NOT been scheduled and you will need to enter the system and try again. If you are having issues with the software program, you have two alternatives to schedule your conference:
You may come into the office to use one of our computers.
You may call the office after 9:00am and they can assist you with scheduling.
APEX Update!

WOW, Mustangs!!!
What an incredible APEX season we had together!
Because of our amazing families and generous business sponsors, here’s what we accomplished:
$37,061 raised in school profit
1,308 pledges
100% of students logged in
12,179 laps run (761 miles!)
54 leadership lessons taught
300 APEX hours poured into our campus
Pledges came in from 40 states!
This is what community looks like.
The funds raised will help:
• Enhance the spaces where learning happens
• Support MPR improvements
• Add an outdoor water station
• Provide classroom tools and equipment that make learning come alive
To our families — thank you for cheering, sharing, pledging, and encouraging your students. Your support makes a real difference.

Spirit Shirts in stock in the office! Stop by the office and pick up one for your student (adult sizes available too!) - $16 cash/check!
Our first Spirit Friday will be on March 6th. Students and staff are encouraged to wear their Spirt Shirts OR Navy!
