One Page Enrollment Form    Large Enrollment Packet

As a public charter school, M.M.C.A. maintains an open enrollment policy whereby any student eligible to attend public school in California is eligible to attend M.M.C.A.  For the 2007-2008 school year, we are currently full in just about all grade levels. You can fax in your application to be put on our waiting list, in the event that a spot may open up. If you are interested in enrolling your child(ren) at M.M.C.A., your best course of action is to:

  1. Fill out our 1 page enrollment application and fax it to 916.624.7305 (receipt of this application ensures a spot on our Waiting List)
  2. Call 630-1510 to schedule a tour with our Administrator.

If space is available and you decide to enroll your child, please click on the “Large Enrollment Packet” link, fill out ALL of the forms, and mail them to M.M.C.A. 3175 Sunset Blvd. #100 Rocklin, CA 95677

* Please note: Classroom Observations may be scheduled in advance as well.  For more information about our Classroom Observation Policy, please click here.

The Traditional Enrollment Process

Through the end of April of the proceeding school year, M.M.C.A. accepts enrollment applications for all students by grade level.  At the end of April, classroom configurations are determined, and the number of spots open per grade level is decided.  If the demand exceeds the number of available spaces, enrollment (by grade level) is determined based on the following preferences first:

  1. Existing M.M.C.A. students (re-enrollment forms due by April 15)
  2. Siblings of existing M.M.C.A. students  (re-enrollment/enrollment forms due by April 15)
  3. Rocklin residents (our local school district)

If there is remaining space in a grade level after this criteria has been met, a lottery will be held for the remaining positions.  Students that do not gain enrollment via the lottery are placed on our waiting list.  Should space in that grade level become available during the school year, M.M.C.A. will contact students from the waiting list to fill the vacancies.

If you know of someone who may be interested in enrolling his or her children at M.M.C.A., direct them t our website and/or have them call the Sunset Office to schedule a tour!
